The terms of service and content agreement is listed below:
This Terms of Service is for a placement in the Integrity Advertising Works Small Business Showcase blog. Placement can be held up to one year at a time. At the end of each year, there can be a simple renewal process to keep the business listed in the showcase. We want to bring as much value to you as possible, and one way is to help market your content through the blog and social media posts. We intend to use social medias and our email newsletter to begin advertising the small businesses listed in the SBS. This is a release form giving Integrity Advertising Works permission to list you and your content in any way Integrity Advertising Works deems appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: printable medias, social medias (such as YouTube, Facebook, etc.), website(s), etc. Submission of this form gives Integrity Advertising Works full permission to market and advertise any video/audio/printed content with your logo/pictures/videos regarding the SBS. Content submitted and used may also have the Integrity Advertising Works logo and/or SBS logo attached. Our goal is to add value to the small business community as a whole (from startup to professional levels), while increasing attention to the businesses in the SBS. With the content you give us permission to use, we will be able to market you to more audiences. If for any reason there are any discrepancies or if anything needs to be removed, we will need a detailed written explanation written to our company email ( IntegrityAdvertisingWorks@gmail.com ) in order to adjust/remove the post(s) accordingly. This offer for the SBS listing is good for one year from the signing date. Integrity Advertising Works reserves the right to revoke listing for any reason at any time. This is not a contract. Neither party is legally bound by this document. Terms of service is subject to change, in which case the business will be notified and will re-sign the terms of service. We do not expect to be your exclusive merch producer, although we would love the opportunity to earn that trust from you. Integrity Advertising Works also has permission to send emails to you for updates, offers, etc. We started the Small Business Showcase to highlight small businesses that are working hard to provide for the needs of their community. We believe that small businesses are an essential part of any thriving community and we want to give them the opportunity to share their story.
